Etter provides a steady foundation for day to day operation of the center. She coordinates and monitors Center financial and accounting records for State Appropriations, Contracts and Grants. She prepares various budgets, supervises the Center's secretarial staff, and advises on TTU policies and procedures. She enjoys reading and quilting in her spare time.
